Are there extra services for my vehicle? Yes – treat your car to an exterior wash for €40.00 or an interior clean for €70.00 during your trip. Simply add it when booking.

Do I need to book long in advance? No – short-notice bookings are possible as long as capacity is available. However, we recommend booking early, especially in holiday periods.
Where does the vehicle handover take place at Düsseldorf Airport? The handover takes place at Flughafenstraße 120 / Departures – right at Departures Terminal B-C, door 10. Our team will expect you there at the agreed time.
What happens if my return trip is delayed? Please inform us about the delay as early as possible. We charge €20.00 for each additional day. In special cases we’ll find a solution together – just talk to us.
